Showcasing Rick’s take on a typical Pilot/Formula 1 jacket, this jacket was made for his Autumn/Winter 2009 collection titled “Crust.” Going almost hand-in-hand with the title of his collection, Rick used extremely soft lamb leather and applied a technique that caused the outside of the leather to blister up, causing an almost “crusted” layer to the outside of the garment. Different from a typical Formula 1 jacket, this piece features ribbed wool knit inserts along the shoulders and sleeve, allowing for the sleeves to look disconnected from rest of the jacket. Fits slim and long.
